Simon Fowler

Trustee

Simon Fowler is thrilled to serve as a Trustee of Friends of the Vox, collaborating with passionate, dynamic individuals who share a profound appreciation for music.

Drawing from his rich involvement in youth music organisations, Simon deeply resonates with the mission of Friends of the Vox. From the age of 5, Simon participated in Bromley Youth Music Trust and the National Youth Choirs, experiences that profoundly shaped his life, fostering enduring friendships and cherished memories.

In his professional career,, Simon has held a broad spectrum of Project Management roles (including with the NHS during the pandemic), and currently is Transformation Director at a leading International Banking firm. He credits his singing background with engendering some of the key skills needed in his role, such as the confidence to ‘perform’ in front of large audiences.

Outside of his professional endeavours, Simon remains an avid vocalist, contributing his talents to our community choir, Vox Populi, while enthusiastically supporting Vox Anima Chamber Choir as their dedicated groupie and concert photographer!

Simon is eager to leverage his lifelong musical journey and corporate expertise to empower Friends of the Vox in their mission, aspiring to enrich local communities and musicians alike with exceptional musical experiences.
